Tracking Your Order
We provide tracking information for all shipped orders. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched. Use this tracking number to monitor the status and estimated delivery of your package.
Drop-Off Options
For customers located within a 10km radius of Shipwright Parade, Werribee, we offer a drop-off service at a rate of $1.50 per km. This option provides a flexible and convenient way to receive your order quickly. After a time has been arranged for drop-off and the payment fee has been made, you may place your order selecting "Local Delivery" as the shipping method.
Pick-Up Options
We also offer pick-up options for your convenience. Please note that immediate availability for pick-up cannot be guaranteed. To arrange a pick-up time, please contact us via Instagram or email before placing your order. We will provide you with information on when your order will be ready for collection.
Pick-Up Points
Periodically, we may announce 'pick-up points' via our Instagram stories. These are designated locations where customers can collect their orders within a specified time frame. For example, customers may have the opportunity to collect their orders from a chosen location in the northern suburbs during a designated time, this allows accessibility for those who do not live near the permanent pick up point. Details of pick-up points will be announced on our Instagram stories typically on the day of collection.
