Refund policy

We do not offer returns or refunds unless:

  1. The item received is damaged.
  2. You have received the wrong item(s).

Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately at rizqa.clothing@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. To process your claim, we may require photos or additional information about the damage. Once your claim is verified, we will provide instructions on how to return the item for a replacement or issue a refund.

Wrong Items Received

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you as soon as possible. In some cases, we may request the incorrect item to be returned to us before sending the replacement.
